Projects & export
One page on screen; a whole chapter one button away. Projects keep every layer; export flattens them.
Saving a project
Save project writes a single .amytl file: a zip archive containing a
project.json manifest (page list, detections, OCR lines, translations, mask patches,
typeset layers and non-secret settings) plus every page image. Open it later with Open
project and everything returns exactly as you left it.
API keys are never written into .amytl files. They live only in the API's secrets
store.
Exporting pages
Export PNG renders the active page at its stored resolution, flattening the cleaned artwork and every visible typeset layer into one image. Export all repeats that for each page and downloads them in sequence.
The export canvas draws, bottom to top: the cleaned page (or the original if you have not run inpainting yet), then each visible typeset layer with its own typography. Mask layers are never exported โ they are only a preview of what erasing will do.
Page list
The left rail is the working page list. Select a page to edit it, remove it with the โ on its thumbnail, and drop images anywhere on the rail to import them. The right-to-left order the detector assigns is the reading order; the export order follows the rail order.
